The terms and conditions of this website are determined by its administrator JB RENT – jb-rent.si, JB Center d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as Administrator, in accordance with ZVPot, the Consumer Protection Act.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Prices are set as Regular Price and Your Price. The prices are the manufacturer’s or importer’s recommended ones. Your Price applies to purchases made online and paid in cash, or paid by invoice through money transfer or PayPal.
PRICES
All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the moment of order and do not have expiration dates unless explicitly marked as such. Discounts are only valid for registered users of the webshop jb-rent.si.
All prices and details are of an informative nature and can be changed without advance notice. Prices can also change due to exchange rates. There also might be errors in the information or price lists given.
PAYMENT METHODS
JB RENT offers the following payment options:
Cash on delivery; in addition to the purchase amount, you also pay the fee from Post of Slovenia. These fees are listed below:

Money transfer to the account owned by JB Center, d.o.o. (payment by invoice) There is no fee for the Post of Slovenia.
DELIVERY
JB RENT endeavors to deliver products by the agreed upon deadline.

The item is not in stock (delivery date per agreement).
The customer pays for shipping on packages up to €90. Packages exceeding €90 in value will be delivered free of charge (payment by invoice). When paying cash on delivery (for packages exceeding €90 in value), delivery is free of charge, excepting the Post of Slovenia fee.
PROTECTING PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data Protection Act (UL RS, 86/04 in 113/05) requires the administrator of trgovina.jbcenter.si to protect all personal data, using them only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and other communication with users. Under no circumstances will users’ personal data be given to unauthorized parties. Users themselves are also responsible for protecting personal data, specifically by choosing a safe username and secure password.
RIGHT TO RETURN PRODUCTS
Consumers have the right in the event of any dissatisfaction to return products within 15 days, upon which the product can be exchanged for any other item of the same price, but the immediate costs of returning are covered by the consumer. The products must be unused and undamaged. Products can only be returned with a receipt.
Complaints will not be recognized if the products are found to have been damaged due to improper or negligent behavior on the part of the user, or if the user fails to include a receipt when returning. Orders cannot be canceled after delivery.
